Conditions

A . The Reservation can only be accomplished with a Deposit or bank transfer (NET) of 50% of the total rental payment. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable and should be done within a maximum of 7 working days, after expressed "reservation intention".

B . Full Payment will be requested upon arrival, in cash.

C . A Damage Deposit of 200 € will be charged upon arrival, in cash.

D . The Damage Deposit is 100% refundable, if the apartment and its contents are left in good order, with no breakage or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

The Neighborhood

Gulbenkian Museum

Northeast of Eduardo VII Park is the Gulbenkian Museum, one of the world's great museums and one of Europe's unsung treasures. Part of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, it houses a magnificent collection of Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Islamic, Asian, and European art. It was substantially renovated and modernized in 2001 (many of its masterpieces were on display in New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art during renovation), and can't be missed during a visit to Lisbon. This is one of the world's finest private art collections, amassed over a period of 40 years by oil magnate Calouste Gulbenkian.

Sharing the lovely serene gardens of the Gulbenkian Museum is the Modern Art Center , containing modern and contemporary Portuguese and foreign art displayed on two floors. There are more than 10,000 items, including works by Paula Rego, Almada Negreiros, Souza Cardoso, and Vieira da Silva.

Spain Square

On entering Lisbon from the Praça de Espanha, you will see this magnificent monument, typically used as an Islamic place of worship. As well as its use for prayers, this mosque is also a social centre for all Islamic people in Lisbon. It is a good example of this kind of religious architecture.Near Praça de Espanha is situated infamous Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, important cultural center of Portuguese capital, as well as Palácio da Palhavã, residence of ambassador of Spain.

"Comuna" Theater

The Comuna Theater is, most of all a theater company mostly dedicated to play and dramatic research. The Comuna's first ever play to go on stage was one by Gil Vicente, the most antique and historic Portuguese playwright. The history of this corporation of actors goes back to 1972, and its establishment at its current location, the Praça de Espanha, at Lisbon’s center, only happened some years later. The mission of the Comuna is still the same after all these years: instruction of new actors, research, and the opening to a set of new authors and themes.
